Our People
Amara Whitney, Rayah Rideout and Marlene Tuttle are the co-founders of Collage, A Place for Creative Expression and Healing.
Amara, Marlene and Rayah have dreamt, prayed for and envisioned for many years a place where people could come together as teachers and practitioners, to make available their individual talents and abilities in a space that feeds the soul. As they individually honed their special talents and passions they discovered they were the ones that would provide a place where others could come together. When the building at 106 Stone St. in Morrison became available, it became very clear that this would be the haven to create what they had been envisioning... Collage, A Place for Creative Expression and Healing.
| Amara Whitney Amara Whitney, MA received her Masters Degree in Wellness Psychology from Lesley University and is a Certified Sound Healer, Reiki Practitioner and Ordained Minister. As part of her graduate work she studied how self-expression and creativity are an integral part of health and well-being. She is a former faculty member at Metropolitan State College of Denver, where she taught classes in Holistic Health, Energy Medicine and Fostering Creativity. Throughout her work as a teacher, wellness coordinator, public speaker and experiential workshop leader she encouraged each individual to live passionately by connecting with their unique gifts and creative abilities. At Collage, Amara works as an Intuitive Sound Healer. Sound is a powerful modality that elicits relaxation, healing and spiritual awareness and is referred to as the medicine of the future. Amara uses her voice, crystal bowls and tuning forks to connect with each client. During a sound treatment she receives personal information as to the client's potentials, energetic blocks in the body, and past lives influencing this lifetime, which she shares at the end of the session. If desired, the information is taped. Clients leave with a greater awareness as to who they are, what patterns they are releasing, and what gifts and talents they possess. After a sound session clients report they feel rejuvenated, relaxed and peaceful. In addition to seeing clients for Intuitive Sound Healing, Amara leads group experiences in Sound and Movement. She co-teaches Wild Woman Dancing and Ecstatic Body Postures at Collage and leads Sound Healing Workshops. She can be contacted at Collage, 303 697-7707, for a private appointment. Amara also designs and conducts weddings with couples, and plans creative and fun celebrations for small and large groups. |
| Marlene Tuttle Marlene Tuttle is a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. NLP studies the structure of how humans think and experience the world around them. She became a Reiki Master to further her holistic approach in caring for the body system. Marlene has an intuitive ability to connect to the spaces where people are blocked and then assist them to release limitations and resistances that are held in their body. If people can learn how to listen to the messages in their body, they can deal with stresses and anxieties in life without having to create traumatic experiences and illnesses. At Collage, Marlene works cooperatively with clients as she guides them to open up to their hidden potentials and live in full consciousness. In a relaxed and safe environment, barriers and past habits can easily be released to inspire personal solutions. Marlene can be contacted at Collage at 303-697-7707 for private sessions. Marlene has made several journeys to various parts of the world to enjoy other cultures, the beauty of nature, and to support Earth healings. Some of her travels have been to Australia and New Zealand, Europe, South East Asia, Egypt, a 15 day trek along the Himalayan Hiway in Nepal, and two journeys in Peru to be at Machu Picchu. Taking journeys to other places is in the future for Collage.

Kim Ellen Bartlett Certified Classical 5 Element AcupuncturistClassical 5 Element Acupuncture is unique among the various types of acupuncture in that it doesn’t simply relieve symptoms, but effectively treats the root cause of an illness.
